How much are memories worth of those memories took painstaking levels of patience and logistics before Facebook and MySpace were even a thing? 35+ years of music gone. Mostly female-oriented; female only; female-led artists across a varity of genres. Cassettes, CD’s, Vinyl. All gone. Some of them were rare, signed, or sealed. A closet full of dust.

The air is thick with smoke that you cannot deny that is not from burning leaves, from a bonfire, or a forest fire. It is toxic. It is heavy. And I can still smell it in my beard.

The initial inspection shows about 90% of my room has damage from either treated water, nature, smoke, fire, or a combination thereof. What I saved was mostly my precious metals, a computer, some phones, and a few other accessories. The rest is blackened with my lamentations of savings decades worth of material possesions for Nature to consume it in a matter of minutes.

I have many more pictures and thoughts for those that want to consume them, but if no one reads this, then this was a way to get out some of my thoughts out before they consume me like the fire I witnessed. Below is my temporary life now. Listening to hotel pop music and the corporate aesthetic of hotel room decor. I have not fully recovered and I am not sure how. But it is Protestant Easter on a sunny, cold day. I cannot be depressed over this right?

Armenia’s Conversion to Christianity was in 301 A.D., when the king, Tiridates III of Armenia of the Arsacid dynasty of Armenia, embraced Christianity and made it his kingdom's official religion, (a dozen years before Roman Emperor Constantine the Great's conversion!) This lead to the Armenian Apostolic Church mentioned above, which part of Oriental Orthodoxy (yes there is a such a thing.) I am not sure of Pope Frances was aware of that or not, but to be frank, Pope Francis only speaks to the Western Orthodox Catholic Church and not to the Eastern or Oriental branch of Catholic Orthodoxy. This shaft, I feel like, is much like the shaft that Armenians have felt ever since, at least the Armenian Genocide of the late 19th and early 20th Centuries.

To press the point even more, there is real documented evidence that the Roman Pope owes more to Armenia that to France or Rome herself. Page 200 of this book, Russia and The Commonwealth of Independent States 2013, states that:

1. India and Pakistan - The Partition of India in 1947 by the British Empire was probably the start of where we are today with these two nation states. Although, one could go back to the 1905 Partition of Bengal, as a starting point, it was not until after 1947 that the Muslim and Hindu ethnic groups were politically divided to a point where they still fight to this day. Especially over the Union state of Jammu and Kashmir, which should be its own country, to be honest. India and Pakistan have about the same number of Nuclear Warheads each (170+.)

2. The Middle East - Where should one start? Israel and Palenstine? Saudi Arabia? ? Any tribal entity with the borders of Iraq, Iran, or Syria? Ethnic and Religious groups are de facto governments here and they have access to Nuclear Weapons, whether they like to admit it or not. If the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has not inspected the nation-state, then I presume either they have no capability of developing a Nuclear Weapon or they want to keep their stockpile hidden for tactical advantages. I think both Iran and Israel fit this definition. One can only wonder.

3. United States / European Union / Russia - These three entities are the most removed form ethnic groups within their borders and stifle and muddle on other ethnic groups on other’s border: For example -

   a. United States and meddling in the affairs of Russia, China, South Africa (the only country in Africa to possibly possess Nuclear Weapons,) Brazil, and sometimes, the European Union. The Third World is increasing their stockpiles of having more Nuclear Weapons because of this fact. They are second in total Nuclear Weapon count at over 3,700.

   b. European Union - Even if the E.U. is angered about the decision of the U.K. to leave the E.U., they still will bond over being in NATO and hating Russia. Oh, how many European Empires have colonized and partitioned the world again? The E.U. seems hell-bent, along with the United States, to involving themselves flirting with Nuclear Nihilation. France and the U.K. both have over 220+ Nuclear Weapons.

   c. Russia (and Ukraine, maybe) - Ethnic Russian and ethnic Ukrainians have a long history, even without a border between them. Now they are pitted, once again, by outside forces and Russia’s Nuclear Arsenal, at the largest in the world around 4,300+ and NATO threatening to add a Nuclear Arsenal in Ukraine, I wonder is the Slavic language, Eastern Orthodox Religions, and local customs are relevant to the Presidents’ Trump, Putin, Macron, Starmer, Zelensky, and von der Leyen? Let Russians be Russians and let Ukrainians be Ukrainians. These two ethnic groups share a lot more than their differences allow.

Wild Cards - China and North Korea. China has not explicitly wanted to use Nuclear Weapons against the U.S. (maybe against Japan and the Republic of China in the past) but they do have over 600 Nuclear Weapons. They instead use Theft, Espionage, Cyber attacks, Surveillance, Subversion, and Economic Warfare as weapons that maybe more powerful that a Nuclear Weapon in today’s technological culture. • Mercedes Lander (Kittie):

  I think I have mentioned before that I love Kittie and have followed them for more than twenty years. Mercedes Lander, the co-founder and sister of guitarist Morgan Lander, has the ability to not only keep the beat and provide heavy sounds to Kittie but also create patterns in her drumming that sound as if there are two drummers and not one. She does not need a click track. And sometimes in the heavy metal genre, that could be useful with off-key signatures of certain songs.

• Meg White, (The White Stripes): You would think with simple, nearly idiosyncratic melodies, and non-technical chops, a less refined drummer would have faltered after being on just one song. But Meg White did not falter and it is almost like she could “sense” when Jack White would stop on a note, a lyric, or change up rhythm. To be honest I think she dictated where the song would go and then Jack could finally play his part, but that is just me. She did not need a click track. She was the click track. This is especially apparent on the song, Blue Orchid off of the Get Behind Me Satan album:

  I really do not care to speculate on what Meg White does with her time after The White Stripes, I just know I want her to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame not have her even show up. Except to drum, as her acceptance speech. ^.^

• Stella Mozgawa (War Paint and as a Session Musician: When a drummer says they started to listen bands like Primus and Tool; you know they are going to be good. I would say Stella has take drumming to an art-form of minimalism and mindfulness. It does not describe the previous female drummers above at all. It is as if she using the drums that are already included in her arsenal as it feels to me I am in a trance or in a dreamy state. Not quite drumming where you can meditate too but not drumming you can head-bang too. She has reach a compromise with the metronome. Metronomes goes in a one dimensional pattern. Back and Forth. Stella goes in a three dimensional pattern. Any direction that the drums require, basically. This is what I like about her drumming the best.

• The French Colonial Empire, only second to the British Colonial Empire at the time, was able to exploit resources from regions like Southeast Asia and Central Africa, in order to get their internal industrial policies off the ground. This with subsidized vocational training and labor law protections allowed the French to gain an upper hand at the turn of the 20th Century.

• The Democratic Republican Alliance, this was an alliance that took shape right after the Dreyfus Affair, an affair that shook French social culture and lead the separation of Church and State and formed new collaborations between scientists, business people, workers, socialists, and Catholics. The ARD or in French (Parti Républicain Démocratique,) was able to harness this alliance and provide a robust workforce in a short amount of time while maintaining civic nationalism between the classes.

• Remember the points being made about colonization and tariffs above? Well, where do you think that France’s Gold Reserves came from? It has been reported, by the IMF, that France had the largest Gold Reserves in the world, up until 1914, due to Central African Gold mines, a strong Central Bank policy towards Gold circulation, and using tariffs to help local French Gold mines be part of a balanced trade policy that France implemented.

These three main points, along with the French government actively supported the mining industry and a labor workforce, helped France achieve rapid industrialization that nearly rivaled the British Empire, all the while having to deal with divisions between the Jewish and Catholic populations, the simmering class war, and slow population growth at the time. However, that being said, once Belle Époque (Economic prosperity, Nationalism, and Colonial Expansionism,) took hold in French society, the French Third Republic had its best time for nearly the first half of the republic before it fell to the Third German Reich. Ironically, this sharply divided culture of France (French Reformists versus French Catholics,) would last for 70 years, making the longest French Republic since the French Revolutions of 1789.

It appears if one has strong, internal economic policies (including tariffs,) a strong Gold Reserve, and a government willing to take chances on its workers, one can accomplish a lot in a very short amount of time.

RISC-V, or Risk-Five, is an established set of open-sourced licensed principles of the ISA (Instruction Set Architecture) and has fully opened the door for a fully open-sourced CPU that is able to be used without Closed-Source or Corporate gate-keeping, for example: Apple’s Silicon chip (M1+), IBM’s PowerPC chip, many chips in gaming consoles, and embedded devices like routers, relay controls, and telecommunication devices. This is huge development as now small start-ups, entrepreneurs, and research departments can access hardware that is free from Corporate and (possibly) Government interference. One of these start-ups, DeepComputing, is one I have my eye on as this could be a laptop that is future-proof, planned obsolescence-free, and customizability that allows the end-user free reign to build a computing devices as they see fit.

It has a sleek design it it rivals what I wanted in an Apple Macbook Air or a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen laptops as those contain proprietary hardware and CPU chips as well as gatekeeping developers into coding for those chips and only those chips. The older generation of the DC-ROMA is still available for purchase but I hear it is slow, does not have yet many developers for the hardware, and has limited availability, depending on where one lives.

The main reason I am interested in this project and particular laptop is I really want fun being brought back to computing and and open architecture would allow that. Consumers should have choices beyond the AMD, ARM (Silicon,) and Intel paradigm. It is time to decentralize the hardware and allow developers and end users a like the freedom to use their own devices as they see fit. It is time to realize Richard Stallman’s dream of Free Hardware Designs.

Above is a chart I am trying to work out, but with Bitcoin only having proper financial data only since 2013, and Gold having hundreds of years of financial data, using this as my strategy is risky, at worst, and an infinite money loop at best. It is combining a risk on asset with a risk off asset together as if they are competing against any Fiat or Fiat Derivative Financial Instrument out there today.

• The first bottleneck I have is I have to physical sell my Gold to a local coin shop or mail it to one of my depository holdings and they both take time and the price of Gold or Bitcoin could be miscalculated if I go on a wrong day.

• The second bottleneck is I buy Bitcoin at a BTC ATM that take takes roughly 10% off the exchange price when using fiat instead of another cryptocurrency. There is currently no ATM, Bank, or Institution yet that does physical Gold directly to Bitcoin and vice versa. Yet.

• And the third and final bottleneck is logistics. Physical mail and getting to a local coin shop is time consuming due to the fact that I would have to take a Lyft or use UPS / USPS mail carriers and that subtracts from certain privacy and / or security protocols I would like to maintain.

I have only done this twice and both time, each Gold and Bitcoin has risen, respectively. Silver, on the other hand, is something I an holding until it breaks the $35 / Oz. level. Whatever profits I get from Gold and bring into Bitcoin, I usually skim off about 20%-33% and put into Silver for the time being. This would be my infinite money loop that could, theoretically copy what Michael Saylor is doing but mostly without AML / KYC credentials and, more importantly, without using Fiat entirely.

When I talk about the Divine Feminine, I am referring to the Gnostic version of what is called the Pista Sophia.

In Gnosticism, the Divine Feminine is often associated with the figure of Sophia, who is known as the goddess of wisdom and the divine spark within each individual. In Gnostic texts, Sophia is often seen as the embodiment of the feminine aspect of the divine, and her wisdom and teachings are seen as essential for spiritual enlightenment.

Usually the counter part of the Divine Feminine, is the Divine Masculine, which usually referred to Logos or The Christ. Katy Perry probably did not account for this as she did not mention anything more than platitudes for her daughter and for women in general. Or Feminism. I cannot tell. What I can tell you is that after studying the Divine Feminine for almost 20 years, to celebrate Sophia, it would have been better if Ms. Perry to that flower she had on board and planted more of them on Mother Earth instead of plucking it from the ground, respecting the Inner Wisdom of Sophia.

The Highest Notions of Humanity is written in the Pista Sophia, a religious text written between 200 to 255 A.D., and in that the female disciples of Christs had an active role in spiritual discourse that a “space ride” probably would not fulfill. For example; on page 47, it goes on to say:

• One observation is that in mixed-gender bands, if there is only one female member, she is more likely to be the singer, keyboardist, or bassist, in that order of likelihood. - List of female bass guitarists

• A perception that bass and keyboard roles are more supportive, while lead guitar and vocals are more prominent and visible. - Serious Question: Why are most female in rock bands either singers or bassists?

• Additionally, some suggest that bass is often seen as an easier instrument to learn the basics of compared to guitar, making it a more accessible choice for female musicians who might be new to the instrument. However, this is a generalization, and there are many skilled female guitarists in both mixed-gender and all-female bands. ← This is very poor understanding of bassist players as some of the best bassist players are male. And a lot of group-fronted guitarists are female.

So, I can only surmise that it is me who is noticing this and that means that I subconsciously purchase music that has these women in said band? Maybe. The bass guitar is usually a four-string, thirty-four inch instrument that weighs, on average, between seven to ten pounds. Besides, keys (synths) and some drum kits, having a bass guitar and an amp can be a lot to lug around on a tour or for practice. At least, from what I have see when seeing live bands on tour.

What I do know is that a large part of my music collection has these women in the band and / or that they are fronting the band as a bassist player. So here are my top three female bassist players / groups that have I followed throughout their career:

• The Revolving Kittie Bassist:

Yes, I followed (or at least tried to) each bassists’ career after Kittie but it was extremely difficult to do so. There were FIVE bassists in the band over their 20+ year career and they just released a new album in 2024. The average “stay” of a bassist player in Kittie is about 4.4 years with the most current one, actually being the most stable one. I do not have a favorite in this group:

Talena Atfield - (Now an Associate Professor in Indigenous History!)

Following her is like following a new band every other year and yet, she survives more than the bands she is in. I had a choice between The Chelsea, Hole, and The Smashing Pumpkins as my favorites of her in a group and I chose The Smashing Pumpkins as the band allowed her bass playing to come through clearly, like in this live video of “Cherub Rock”: p.s. I am still not a Redhead connoisseur…

• Nicole Margaret Fiorentino - Another Smashing Pumpkins bassists, Nicole has participated in three I listened to in the 1990’s in the 2000’s-2020’s which I find very interesting. But I decided to forgo her stint in The Smashing Pumpkins, Veruca Salt, and now Garbage(!) and chose the official video of The Cold And Lovely"Not With Me" as you can clearly hear her bass and she is a feature of the band and not a supporting band member, per se. Plus, she sings!

Now, there a a LOT more female bassists to pursue and this list confirms it: List of female bass guitarists (70+!) and would like to make a shoutout to D’arcy Wretzky as she is still around and may or may not rejoin The Smashing Pumpkins again. At the heart of the matter, was the introduction of replacing tariffs with taxes but also allowing foreign banks to compete with Oriental Banking companies and Chinese banks in the mid-19th Century. This was included into what was going already in the Qing Dynasty, a circular economy, where goods and services as well as national resources whereby, a fiscally conservative and decentralized government took hold. This made a messy economy but it was quite remarkable that the largest country (at the time) on earth was very wealthy and the envy of the West via Orientalism, where the West was vary envious of Chinese art and culture at the time. This is notwithstanding the Century of Humiliation, where China might have been nationally humiliated, but I think the United States is about to enter their own Century of Humiliation soon, if we are not in that Century already.

The Qing Dynasty also probably the best coinage system in all of the dynasties of China and puts current day China’s Yuan to shame. And yes, there are criticisms of the Qing Dynasty’s economy, especially the Ming dynasty and the United States, that had the Qing either cleaning up the former dynasties mess or demanding reparations from the United States over the Chinese Exclusion Act. The legacy of the Qing Dynasty should be remembered for various internal conflicts or its supposed lack of proper reforms before the revolutions hit them after 1912, but for it being the first Proto-Industrial Revolution of its day before the West decided to “take it over” and form their own industries by exploiting lands beyond China.

For today, one might think that China is the Red Dragon overtaking the West, but I believe that the Elites of the American Dynasty, of possibly the last 50 years, have exploited the U.S. In such a similar fashion that the Ming Dynasty gave way to the Qing Dynasty and the Elites noticed and wanted to have a Communist Society as to make sure the populace never revolted again.

So, in light of Tax Day being tomorrow, April the 15th, I have discussed and argued with gpt4all about three theoretical points that can be used, with some legal teeth, to reform, repeal, or revise the language of the Sixteenth Amendment that have the most chance of being heard from all three Branches of the Constitutional Government (I would add the Fourth being the Administrative State but this is for a different post for another day.)

• The amendment's language: This is the most direct approach, as it involves re-examining and potentially revising the original text of the 16th Amendment.

  This does require repealing the Sixteenth Amendment and that may seem impossible, but it has been possible 27 times before. So, it can be done. I believe this could be a very popular repeal if you frame it as having the Sixteenth Amendment for war and just for war against Americans on American soil for example.

• Congressional intent: Exploring the historical context and intentions behind the 16th Amendment could lead to a reinterpretation or refinement of its authority, potentially expanding or limiting its scope.

  You could refine how taxes are collected and direct the I.R.S. to just collect taxes for only the authorized use for war that is on American soil. Or to prevent tariffs from becoming the only funding mechanism for Federal Revenue. If we are going to have tariffs and taxes, then both should just fund the exact thing we need funding and not collected until that thing is needed to be funded again. The intent of a tariff and the intent of a tax needs to be very specific and not broad language, such as: “…Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration…"

• Substantive due process and taxation: This approach involves applying constitutional principles, such as substantive due process, to taxation policies and ensuring that they align with fundamental rights and freedoms.

  One could argue that the Sixteenth Amendment infringes on the Fifth and the Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. Focusing on the amendment's original text, historical context, and underlying principles would give more credence for taxes being a legitimate for of revenue raising as it would ague that it is already unconstitutional inherent with the current scope of language.

I am not a constitutional or legal scholar, nor an I a politician or lobbyist. I just know that the current tax system is not working for me or the American People and if America want to war with other people or its attackers, then it must fund through mechanism that fit those parameters: Either through repealing, reforming, or revising the Sixteenth Amendment to reflect the current modern day Military Industrial Complex or to reflect that people do not want their taxes to go toward anything that goes against their Life, their Liberties, and their Pursuit of Happiness.

Which lead the conversation turning to me on who or what I would like in a woman and Demi advising that I was searching for someone that is as anachronistic as I am. I was unsure how to respond to this in a Note but it appears a post would do the trick. Am I searching for a Woman, that is outdated and from the Past, a Woman, that is an an Illusion, and from the Future, or am I am the one that is outdated and that ModernWoman™ (Women that may be considered part of the 2nd-4th Waves of Feminism) are the ones that currently presented as the Future?

There are three areas that I will focus on, briefly, that could answer this inquiry but never fully satisfy the actual dilemma. The three topics are Life, Love, and Liberty and I will use it as coming from a point of view that is neither Female or Modern. You have been warned.

Life: Is this controversial to say?: Abortions have ended the lives of many future girls that could have done a lot for this great country. There has been an estimated 60 million abortions since Roe V. Wade was started in 1973 till, at least, end of the year of 2024. This is purely an estimate, but 30 million possible girls, have been aborted over the course of 50+ years. Are ModernWoman™ OK with this? Historically, women were not encouraged to give up their kids and in the future, IVF transplants, Transwomen, and Artificial Wombs may not be enough to cover the cost of this loss. I wish I knew the answer to this quandary.

Love: The traditional way for a woman to Love was to either be Married to the Father of her Offspring or to be Married to Father in her own Heavenly Path of Abstinence. Now, what do ModernWoman™ love? Money? Careers? Onlyfans and Simps? I wish I knew. Do they love themselves even? Do they want to know what love is? (Enter the cliched Foreigner 1984 song, “I Want to Know What Love Is?” here.) Now, in the future, most Love is now found in Apps, Algorithms, and A.I. Is that what ModernWoman™ want to Love now? I wish I knew.

Liberty: Historically, Liberty for women would have been for protection, compassion, and empathy for those less fortunate. Now, what does the ModernWoman™ want for Liberty? Is getting taxed Liberty? Is going to war Liberty? Is policing Speech for Liberty? Is Divorce, Single Motherhood, and / or defeating the Patriarchy Freedom? What happens, if and when in the Future, the chance to be Free is whatever the Corporation or Governments says what is to be free? I thought giving a woman the Right to defend herself, the Right to own Property, and the Right to Vote were all about Liberty. This is partially why I am so anachronistic with the idea of women (although this point is not really relevant but it is my point.) I adore, appreciate, and am amazed by women in history. I am optimistic to what a futuristic woman might be. But I have no clue what ModernWoman™ should, could, would want to be. I wish I knew. Do you?

This Dead Genre is Taking Over K-pop:

Maybe this is serendipitous, but I was watching another video many months ago and saved it on the off chance that I might use it for an Substack Note one day.

How To Make New Jack Swing:

It is all about the 1/16^(th) Tripplet Notes that require some fineness to get it right (as the tutorial tells you above.) It is amazing that K-Pop has revived this dead genre that I thought I could only visit in the Retro or Nostalgic corners of Youtube. The genre usually categorized between the years of 1986 and 1994.

I will start with NewJeans ‘SuperNatural’ as it sounds like it came from the early 1990’s:

Who knew the K-Pop R&B would bring back variations of New Jack Swing in the 2020’s? I am floored as I am not a huge K-Pop fan. Here another group that was mention in the first video.

New Jack Swing really took off in the mid-1980’s with the producer group of Full Force. As producers, they produced songs in the genre of the likes of Lisa Lisa and the Cult jam, Jasmine Guy, Samantha Fox, and the Late Great James Brown.

This is toward the end of New Jack Swing era, TLC’s ‘What About Your Friends?’ (1992):

The next showcase of New Jack Swing is Pebbles, who evidently may have contributed to TLC’s bankruptcy case and a settled out of court defamation lawsuit later on (I rather not press this point as it is now considered a closed case.)

And last but not least, this is my favorite song of the New Jack Swing era. Unfortunately, she was mostly a one-hit wonder. However Janet Jackson is my favorite artists of this genre but she was produced by another group called Jam and Lewis.

And there you have it. A dead music genre that is has new life via K-Pop. There is a lot of groups and a lot of sings to work through here and I have no idea what to recommend. But since you now have an idea of what the dance-y beat should sound like, I am pretty sure you will be able to find something that fits your own groove.

The US-China Conflict: The Philippines Groomed as US' Strategic Proxy in the Looming US-China trade war.

In the above video by Lena Petrova of World Affairs in Context, Dr. Anna Malindog-UY of Head Sight by Anna, the discussion turned towards an agreement between the U.S. and the Philippines of a $5.58 billion military sale that China is warning the Philippines about being a proxy to a war with China on a larger scale. This also includes some passive non-acknowledgement of the former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte being aggressively pursued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) with an international arrest warrant. The 2024 Trump administration has yet to acknowledge Duterte’s arrest in The Hague and even though Trump and Duterte may have had some camaraderie in 2017 during Trump’s first term, it appears that it may be over now.

There some precedence of having a U.S. Military presence in the Philippines. The first is The Philippines–United States Visiting Forces Agreement, sometimes the PH–US Visiting Forces Agreement, is a bilateral visiting forces agreement between the Philippines and the United States. The primary effect of the agreement is that it allows the US government to retain jurisdiction over US military personnel accused of committing crimes in the Philippines and that might be why Duterte and Trump may have fallen out of favor as Duterte as he ended the pact in Feb. of 2020 (during Trump’s first term) stating that…

”I would like to put on notice if there's an American agent here that from now on, you want the Visiting Forces Agreement done? Well, you have to pay.”

Interesting, he reinstated the agreement on July 30, 2021, during President Biden’s term. There is some evidence to suggest that both trump and Biden covered up Duterte’s State-sanctioned killing campaign as well.

The second precedence of having a U.S. Military presence in the Philippines, basically goes back to World War II and the use of military bases for the Pacific Theater against the Empire of Japan. It included an Insular Government, making the Philippine Islands a de facto unincorporated territory of the United States after the Philippine–American War between the years of 1901 and 1912 / 1913. The U.S. kept military bases there until about the early 1990’s, but with the above pact and history of how long the U.S. has with modern Filipino history, it is not surprising that the Philippines are tacitly accepting the military arms deal that Trump so badly wants to make.

Fun Fact: The U.S. Mint actually had an official Treasury Mint in Manila from 1920-1941 and actually made coins for the Philippines that, to this day, was the only Mint operated outside the Continental U.S. States.

(The LISP logo and the origins of it in this Reddit Link here.)

LISP (which means LISt Processor), developed by an M.I.T. John McCarthy in 1958, is a computer programming language that was originally used for practical mathematical notation (unlike FORTRAN, which was used for scientific modeling) and calculus quickly was favored by A.I. researchers that wanted a lot of macros that would run data sets more efficiently. Using LISP in A.I. applications helped further research in integrating it with JAVA, help Natural Language Processing to start (you may have heard text-to-speech programs that use natural voice over robotic voices before,) and to automate simple rules into drawing conclusions quickly. Since I am interested in Large Language Models (LLM’s for short) and A.I., I wanted to see how far back A.I. development goes. And here we are. It is still a very popular language to use, even today.

Being in the top 50-ish of programming languages; LISP is not that hard to learn. But it may be difficult to master (hence why CommonLISP [CLISP,] Clojure and Scheme exists) and why I just stopped right after doing the obligatory “Hello, World!” like example below:

The above code was using the Mac terminal and Homebrew guide at How to Install LISP on macOS? | GeeksfGeeks and using LISPWorks Personal as a defacto Itegrated Development Environment. Although, I do like installing it via the terminal; my older Mac took nearly 30 minutes to install, compile, and run a simple LISP program. And in order to know or use LISP, a knowledge of basic programming language fundamentals like functions, variable, arrays, if_else statements and the REPL strategy (Read, Evaluate, Print, Loop.) Steel Bank Common LISP (sbcl above) works well to fulfill this requirement.

The above image shows you what LISP is good for and what is it detractors. This is why large data sets, rules-based programs, and recursive and manipulated programming is very much oriented towards LISP and its derivatives. Even today, companies like Grammerly, LISPWorks, D-Wave systems (the first company to sell quantum computer,) and Boeing use LISP in a variety of ways. There is even an Operating System package manager using an LISP-adjacent language (Scheme) as its main codebase. Below are a few more resources to help research and get started with LISP today!

(P.S. *One fascinating note is that LISP is, more or less responsible for actual “then” and “else” statements instead of using GOTO like BASIC or Fortran were using.)

The video above, made by Democracy at Work, and presented by Dr. Fraad, presents a haphazard and tired old trope of why or how Capitalism is cemented by the Billionaire and / or politician class. At first, I was open minded to what this individual said but she went off the rails half-way through the video, and without a lot of empirical economic data or examples, she uses anecdotal quips about Trump and Musk (both Republicans) that can be applied to the likes of Senator Sanders or Michale Bloomberg (both Democrats.) I do not know a lot about Democracy at Work or this person, in particular, and maybe I should have done my research but I had this video on my feed while using a VPN and not signing into Youtube.

One of the biggest arguments she maid was about workers not owning the means of production and the workers not getting properly paid in relations to CEO pay. To the latter point, I will grant her that CEO pay was, at most, 50 times or less than the average worker pay, somewhere around the 1950’s or so, but due to regulations, corporate welfare, taxes, and other factors, corporations now are not beholden to pay the worker a fair wage because the government, at large, are interfering with workers starting their own businesses to compete both with Corporations and with Governments. Her former point is a classic Marxism argument and all I will say is that, unless they know how to make every component of the product they are selling, it would be better if they went into business for themselves and see how hard it is managing their own product.

Socialism becomes sociopathic and a mental illness when you force workers and CEO’s to share pay and the means of production to the point that no one has agency or rights to property or individuality. Protesting Tesla dealerships is one thing, but fire-bombing them is an act of violence that Socialists tend to only understand through the lens of mental illness unknown as Marxism. Capitalism has yet to be tried in the U.S. due to Corporate welfare (Elon Musk is a prime beneficiary of this and would help if Dr. Fraad would have discussed this) and due to Government refusing competition from small businesses and entrepreneurs. Senator Sanders and representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez know very well what they are doing because of their propensity to acquire wealth through the taxpayer and not through honest, hard days work.

Inquiry: Is there any comparisons between the massacre of Christians in the late Roman Empire and Christians in current day Syria?

Response: The persecution of Christians in both the late Roman Empire and contemporary Syria shares some similarities, though the contexts and specific circumstances differ significantly.

In the late Roman Empire, Christians faced persecution primarily due to their refusal to participate in the worship of Roman gods and the imperial cult, which was considered a form of treason and a threat to the state's religious and social order. Persecutions were often localized and varied in intensity, with some emperors, such as Marcus Aurelius and Septimius Severus, presiding over periods of increased hostility towards Christians. The Great Persecution under Diocletian (303-312/313) was particularly severe, involving the destruction of Christian churches and texts, and the arrest of Christian clergy.

I can say that these sources that Brave Leo used were also biased but that both the Roman Empire and the “government(s)” in Syria cracking down on religious minorities are certain, to that point at least. I am unable, again, confirm or deny that a massacre is happening in Syria at this time. I do no genocides of religious minorities have happened in Palenstine, Nigeria, Egypt, Myanmar, Burma, Iraq, and maybe China. If anyone has specific *independent* news sources that would be quite helpful. Otherwise, it might be too late and we might know the full effect of the massacre until years later, a la the Yazidi genocide of the 2010’s.

Between La Paz and Todos Santos, Baja California Sur (B.C.S.), MX:

I chose this area as it is slightly above the Tropic of Cancer but still near the Sonoran Desert. It was what one could called a Hot Semi-Arid climate but still maintains humidity in the wetter seasons as well as an abundant amount of sunshine. This is one of the safer States of Mexico and is less “touristy” than the mainland of Mexico or Cancun. I like to remain north of the Equator but still be in the Latin America vicinity. This area combines both rural (the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range) and urban hiking (La Paz.)

The area known as the State of La Guajira in Colombia:

This area has also nearly as the same characteristics as B.C.S. but is near a higher mountain range (Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta) as it is the highest range in the tropical region and also contain multi-million cities that combined, again, both rural and urban hiking. This State may not be the safest in Latin America (due to its close range to Venezuela) but it apparently maybe one of the safest in Colombia. The cities of Cartagena and Barranquilla are some of the best cities on Caribbean Sea and provide access to the La Guajira peninsula. One thing to note is that both the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain range contain indigenous tribes that are very unique to the each respected region and is another reason why I chose this area as well as the area above.

The Island of Great Inagua in The Bahamas:

This island combines both the tropics and a desert climate that is as close to my own home state as possible but it also one of the most remote islands in The Bahamas. It is a karst-like climate, similar to the Los Haitises National Park in the Dominican Republic, and yet is close enough to the Tropic of Cancer. The island is for the Morton Salt Company (yes that very same Morton Salt company that makes those salt canisters that have the girl with the umbrella.) It not very touristy and no large settlement is near the island, so urban hiking is out of the question but it present a very unique opportunity to hike and island that is barely populated and still open for exploring.

I do have other areas I would like to visit that have similar climate parameters but they would be California, Hawai’i, and unsafe areas of Mexico and Ecuador. So, I chose areas that are “safer” than California, Hawai’i, and unsafe areas of Mexico and Ecuador that are also relatively close in relations to the Southeastern U.S.

I am sitting at a local restaurant that just opened up again after (?) the menu and new employees being hired. My room us currently around the upper 70’s F/ 26-28 C and that is why I am outside at this time. The A.C. is out and being outside has a nice breeze now with the added benefit of writing my Daily anarch-Stack in a very analog way.

Why am I writing in cursive in 2025 (besides the point of making my hand very tired?) Good question! Maybe I am appealing to the Artist that appreciates something like this? Maybe I am signaling (sp?) to the Prepper / Survivalist that appreciates the need to use pen and paper when the grid goes down? Or maybe there are some Linguists / Literary individuals that are into the need to preserve the English language and proper grammar and syntax that is sorely missing in today’s world?

All I know is that my hand is already tired, I am missing some words OR misspelling words and I cannot even read (sp?), or that this(sp?) creative experiment needs a better pencil and eraser. I may have to invest in a pencil sharpener and cursive (sp?) exercises. I hope I can read this once I get home to translate what I wrote, otherwise I would feel like the stock market today. At least I am not invested in the stock market and my belly is full and I think I am ready to go home now. I have spent an hour trying to wright the *right* way. ^.^
